ABOUT THE ARTIST – Siân Steward Designer and Maker at FLOCK LOVES ART

Flock Loves Art was born in a quiet green valley in the Far North of New Zealand nearly four years ago.
An avid Op-shop hunter-gatherer, Siân is inspired by vibrant colours, nature and of course vintage crockery and the story it tells.
A collector, illustrator, bird lover, plate smasher and precision cutter, she chooses mosaics to tell her story.

Artworks made using rescued vintage crockery re-purposed to create modern art.
Beautiful old treasures reworked into bespoke pieces, crafted completely by hand.
Contemporary nostalgia, falling in love all over again.
